Our space

Our consult room is cosy, welcoming, and filled with natural light. Lighting can be adjusted to suit your needs, just let us know.

You’re welcome to sit on the couch, the floor, or stand, whichever feels best to you.

We provide filtered water, a basket of fidget items, tissues, and hand sanitiser to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

Waiting Room:

Upon entering the front door, walk down the corridor to our waiting room. Please wait here, and your dietitian will meet you at your scheduled appointment time.

Telehealth Consultations

We also offer secure video consultations via Microsoft Teams.

These sessions are fully confidential and allow you to connect with your dietitian from the comfort of your home or office.

If video consultations aren’t suitable, we can arrange appointments by phone instead.

Accessibility Information

At Be Mindful Nutrition, we value transparency and inclusivity.

Our building is on the ground floor but does not have step-free access, wide doorways, or an accessible toilet, so in-person appointments may not be suitable for many wheelchair users.

Telehealth appointments are available, ensuring you can access our support from your own space.

If you have questions about accessibility or need to discuss your access needs, please contact us — we welcome these conversations.
