How We Support

At Be Mindful Nutrition, we believe everyone deserves a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore their relationship with food and body.

Our personalised nutrition counselling supports you to build a more sustainable approach to eating and well-being.

Our Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs) are also Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinicians, with specialist training in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. We also provide guidance for a range of chronic health conditions using a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach.

We combine evidence-based nutrition care with a person-centred approach that is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for your individual needs and experiences.

Appointments are available in person at our Perth consult rooms and via telehealth.

Supervision for Dietitians

At Be Mindful Nutrition, we offer one-on-one supervision for dietitians, led by Natalie, our principal dietitian.

Supervision is a structured, supportive space to reflect, grow, and deepen your clinical skills.

Whether you’re new to eating disorder care or looking to refine your trauma-informed approach, Natalie aims to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported and empowered to keep showing up for yourself and your clients.
