Natalie Scott (She/Her)
Dietitian / Credientialled Eating Disorder Clinician / Practice Owner
Natalie Scott, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Credentailled Eating Disorder ClinicianNatalie (she/her) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC). She has been working as a dietitian since 2011 and started her practice Be Mindful Nutrition, in 2019.

Natalie is an experienced eating disorder dietitian and works using a client-centered, non-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES®) approach. She aims to support clients in working towards freedom from struggles with food, body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorders.

Natalie works with children Age 12 and over, Adolescents and Adults

She has an interest and is experienced at working with clients with the following presentations:

  • Eating disorders
    • Anorexia nervosa / bulimia nervosa / binge eating disorder / OSFED / ARFID
    • Working with children/teens and their families using a Family Based Therapy (FBT) aligned approach
  • Disordered Eating
    • Including dieting / fasting / counting calories / skipping meals / following food rules etc
  • Weight concerns (using a HAES® approach)
  • Type 1 Diabetes / Type 2 Diabetes / Impaired Fasting Glucose / Insulin Resistance
  • Women’s health
    • Including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) / fertility / pregnancy 
  • Trauma / Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Neurodivergence
    • Autism / ADD / ADHD

In her spare time, you will find her catching up over a nice meal with loved ones, hanging out with her dog Nala, listening to podcasts, hiking, rollerblading, or practicing yoga.

Terreen Stenvers (She/Her)

Terreen Stenvers, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Credentialled Eating Disorder Clinician, Sports Dietitian

Terreen (she/her) is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC), Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) and Accredited Sports Dietitian.

Terreen is a very experienced dietitian with over 30 years of experience and uses a client-centered, non-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES®) approach in her work. She supports clients who are struggling with disordered eating and eating disorders to improve their relationship with food and body. 

Terreen is a very experienced sports dietitian with over 20 years of experience working with elite-level athletes (AFL, AFLW, WAIS, Suncorp Super Netball) to help them eat well to fuel performance. She has worked with many athletes from recreational through to elite levels to overcome disordered eating and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sports to support optimal well-being and sports performance. 

Terreen has an interest and expertise in working with clients with the following presentations:

    • Anorexia nervosa / bulimia nervosa / binge eating disorder / OSFED / ARFID
    • Working with children/teens and their families using a Family Based Therapy (FBT) aligned approach
  • Disordered Eating

  • Gastrointestinal concerns
    • Including Irritable Bowel Syndrome / Inflammatory Bowel Disease / Coeliac Disease

  • Neurodivergence
    • Autism / ADD / ADHD

Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, weight training and spending time with friends and family.

Lainey York (She/Her)
Client Services Officer

Lainey York, Client Services Officer, Be Mindful Nutrition

Lainey (she/her) is our Client Services Officer (CSO) and is available to answer all of your inquiries and manage appointment bookings.

She first came across key aspects of a non-diet approach and Health at Every Size (HAES®) when attempting to improve her own relationship with food, and is very passionate about this approach. She is very excited to be a part of Be Mindful Nutrition and of the non-diet and Health at Every Size movement.

She loves spending her time with her family, including her new puppy and her kitten, as well as baking up a storm and being outside.
