Be Mindful Nutrition

Support for a More Peaceful Relationship with Food and Body

Welcome to Be Mindful Nutrition. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, confused or anxious about food and your body, you’ve come to the right place.

Our experienced dietitians offer supportive, non-diet nutrition care to help you build a healthier relationship with food and your body.

Our approach is client-centred, weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming. We honour your individuality and work alongside you, so you feel understood, respected, and supported.

Sessions are available in person in Perth or via telehealth.
